Under Alberta Regulation 281/1998, Alberta Community Organization Property Tax Exemptions, non-profit organizations can apply to be considered for a municipal property tax exemption annually.
Cochrane is currently accepting property tax exemption applications from non-profit organizations for the 2024 tax year. Deadline to apply is September 30 of the current year.
Completed applications can be returned to our office via email, mail or in person at the RancheHouse or The Station at Cochrane Crossing.
