Firefighting

The Town of Cochrane Fire Services is responsible for providing fire suppression, rescue, fire prevention, inspection, and public education. We are a mutual aid partner to  Rocky View County, MD of Bighorn, the Townsite of Redwood Meadows, Stoney Nation, Alberta Agriculture and Forestry, and the Village of Ghost Lake. We are also a co-reponse agency for Alberta Health Services.
