Cleaning the Crawford Ranche stormwater facility.
The storm facility required cleaning due to the sediments accumulated over the past decade from adjacent catchment areas. The facility reached its capacity for suspended solids and cleaning the facility will ensure acceptable water quality entering the Jumping Pound Creek.
Stormwater facilities receive all drainage and function as a treatment system, where sediments settle in forebays and improve the water quality prior to discharging into the receiving water course.
HOW WILL THIS PROJECT BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY?
