The Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP), offered by Cochrane Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) provides eligible residents assistance with filing their annual income taxes. The program supported by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), assists eligible low-income residents with a simple tax situation file their annual income taxes. Working with trained community volunteers, the program helps residents access necessary and applicable government benefits.
