Let’s celebrate the United Nations International Day of Older Persons today! (Oct 1)

Marking this day emphasizes the value of older adults and raises awareness about the barriers they face. Let's recognize and celebrate aging and honor the older adults in our community. 

We would like to celebrate by sharing stories of contributions someone 50 and over has made in our community or by sharing the best thing about aging.  You can share your positive stories in the comments section on our Facebook post or click on the link below to read other stories that have been shared.

About the Centre

The Seniors on the Bow Centre opened on April 1, 2011 and provides programs and resources for adults 50 and over in Cochrane and surrounding areas.
