Pre purchasing of a plot or niche is permitted as follows:
Plots for in ground casket or urn burials can be pre-purchased in the Cochrane Cemetery only. The pre-purchase is for an unspecified location, plot will be designated at the time of need. St. Andrews and St. Mary's Cemeteries are both closed to new burial plot purchases.
Columbaria niches are located within St. Andrews Cemetery. These niches are available for pre purchase for either a single or double inurnment purchase. Purchases are able to choose their niche location.
