Cochrane & Area Hospice Society - Annual Remembrance Tree Celebration

This year we continue to remember our loved ones who have passed
through our annual REMEMBRANCE TREE celebration. We will get to meet
and celebrate together in 2021. Once again, a white light on the
"REMEMBRANCE TREE" can still be replaced by a coloured light to shine
throughout all of December, up to the 31st of the month. Your loved one's
name will be added to the "REMEMBRANCE BOOK". You can come be part
of the lighting celebrations, or contact us at
info@cochranehospicesociety.ca to request a light for your loved one(s).
