NEW ESERVICES SYSTEM LAUNCHES IN JANUARY

The Town of Cochrane is launching a new eServices portal to streamline account interactions for residents and businesses.

The new system is paperless, convenient and accessible — users will be able to easily connect to a variety of the Town’s online services from the comfort of their home or business, any time of the day or night.

The new system is also more efficient and comprehensive for Town financial operations and record-keeping. eServices includes animal licences, business licences, utility bills, accounts receivable, tax roll, assessment information and more.

Data is currently being transferred to the new system; current users are required to re-register the first time they use the new system to get a new username and password.
To register in the new system, make sure to have one piece of Town identifying information, such as your latest utility bill or statement for another Town account.

The new portal launches this month. Due to the volume of data being transferred, residents are asked to be patient in the first week or two of operations.
Support is available during the transition: eservices@cochrane.ca.
