    This Bi-Weekly group offers support for mothers who are experiencing stress, anxiety or Post-Partum Depression. It is also a great way to connect with other mothers who are facing similar challenges and to learn about and practise self-care. Offered in partnership with Cochrane Mental Health and Additions.   2. Workplace Community Helpers

    Are you a great listener to other at work? Are you the person in your workplace who others turn to for support? Part 1: learn more about mental health and practise skills for helping others. Day 1 participants receive the community helpers certificate. Part 2: a general introduction to psychological health and safety in the workplace. We will explore the reasons for investing in psychological health and safety, the Guarding Minds@Work free online tools and resources and begin the conversation about what a psychologically healthy and sate workplace could look like in your workplace. Snacks, lunch and materials included. Part 1 now required if community helpers training completed.
