    “Walking in nature is therapy for the body and soul” - Unknown This is a drop-in group that meets in the parking lot of Cochrane Ranche (Highway 1A entrance) for an enjoyable 45-minute nature walk with the option of continuing the conversation and socializing at a local coffee shop afterwards Please note: This is NOT intended to be a therapeutic group but to provide participants with an opportunity to experience the beauty of nature and walk alongside others who are on a similar journey.
