With an aim to foster resilience and stress tolerance, this presentation explores the foundations of Mindfulness and shares practices that enrich the parent-child relationship. Through direct practice, conceptual teaching and discussion, you develop a deeper awareness of your own stress reactions, an increased ability to respond more skillfully to the unplanned and stressful moments with your child, and to listen with more kindness and attention to yourself and your child.
