Council Committees

A Board, Committee or Commission is established by Council under the Municipal Government Act and municipal bylaws. Depending on their mandate, some act in an advisory capacity to Council by making recommendations on policy issues, some may act in a governing capacity where they make decisions, and some act in a quasi-judicial capacity where they render a decision based on evidence presented at a hearing. For additional information, please click on the name of the Board, Committee or Commission.

All meetings are open to the public and held either in-person or streamed online. Please check the agenda for details.
