
(Cochrane, AB) – The Town of Cochrane presented its draft 2026 budget at the November 3 Committee of the Whole meeting. The proposed budget outlines how the Town plans to maintain essential services, support a growing community and invest in Cochrane’s long-term sustainability.
Residents are invited to review the draft budget online and share feedback in the online survey with Council before budget deliberations begin later in November. All feedback collected in-person and online will be shared with Council before budget deliberations begin on November 19.

In-person information sessions at the Spray Lake Sawmills Centre located at
- Friday, Nov. 14: 4 – 8 p.m.
- Saturday, Nov. 15: 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
- Drop in to review budget highlights, ask questions, and chat with Town staff.
