We're here to help!We know how important community events are and appreciate the time and effort needed to plan them!Once the block party is approved and the trailer is booked, we will reach out to arrange a pickup time.You will pick up and return the trailer to the Cochrane RancheHouse (101 RancheHouse Rd). The trailer will be located in the parking stall directly outside of the East Entrance (Stockmans). The trailer must be returned by no later than 9 a.m. the day following your block party. The keys will need to be returned using the lock box on the side of the trailer after drop-off.
When filling in your application, please refrain from the use of quotations marks (") as it can cause issues for events team receiving your submission. Thank you!
