Paperless billing allows you to receive your utility bills, animal licenses, property tax bills and assessment notices electronically instead of by mail. Your bills and notices are securely delivered to your email.

No. With Go Paperless, you will receive electronic bills through the email provided when you sign up. An eServices account is not required.

Yes, you can opt-out of paperless billing any time using the Opt-out of paperless delivery form.

No, an eServices account allows you to view and manage your Town of Cochrane accounts through the eServices portal. To receive an email notification when new information is available, sign up for Go Paperless. 

Yes, access your eServices account to review account information, make payments and view previous bills and assessments.

To activate a new account, you'll need your Cochrane customer ID, utility account number, animal licence tag number or property roll number. You can find this information on a previous paper or electronic bill.

Check your spam or junk folder and add "Town of Cochrane" to your contact list. If you still don’t see an email, contact us at eservices@cochrane.ca. 

If you are moving within Cochrane, contact us or complete the following forms.

Utility account 

Cancel your existing utility account , then register for a new utility account at your new address. Select paperless delivery when registering for your new account.

Property assessment and taxes 

When a property is bought or sold, the title transfer information is provided to the Town of Cochrane by Alberta Land Titles. The delivery preference will default back to paper until it is enrolled in paperless delivery by the new owners.  If the property is enrolled in the TIPP program, a cancellation form will be required.

Complete the animal change form to update your address.
