Municipal Matters & public hearing notices
Municipal Matters is a weekly publication with notices and ads about events, RFPs, job postings, development decisions and more.
Public hearing notices include details of the bylaw or decision being considered and contact information for anyone who wants more information or to provide formal comments.
Permitted and discretionary uses
Anyone affected by the issuance of these permits may appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board by 4:30 p.m. on the appeal deadline date.
Grounds for appeal of permitted uses must relate to questions of interpretation, variance, or relaxation, and not to the proposed use.

All aspects of the proposed development may be challenged upon appeal. Written notice of appeal, accompanied by the appeal fee as established by Council, should be filed through the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board (SDAB).
