Receive, pay and manage your utility bill
To receive your utility bill, you must sign up for a Cochrane utility account. Utility bills are due on the 30th of every month, except for February, when they are due on the 28th. You can make payments either through your bank or directly to Cochrane.
Pay through your bank
- Pay in person at most banks or financial institutions.
- Use online or telephone banking:
- Follow your bank’s instructions for setting up a new payee.
- Use the account number listed on your Town of Cochrane invoice (labelled “Use for personal online banking”).
Pay through Town of Cochrane
- Pay online with a Visa or MasterCard through eServices.
- Sign up for pre-authorized payments for automatic withdrawals.
- Pay in person during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.):
