The Seniors on The Bow (SOTB) Centre opened in 2011 to help seniors enjoy health lifestyles and actively contribute to their community. The Centre offers programs and resources for adults 50 and over in Cochrane and the surrounding area.
The 5000 square foot Centre includes:
an auditorium
a commercial kitchen
a games room
a lounge
a boardroom

The Seniors on the Bow of Cochrane and Area Society operates the Seniors on the Bow Centre in partnership with Cochrane.
If you are 50 years of age or older and living in Cochrane or the surrounding area, you can become a member of the Seniors on the Bow Society. Memberships last for one year and come with the following benefits:
$3 drop-in fee ($1 savings)
20 per cent off of fees for recreation programs at our centre
40 per cent off of advertised rental fees for personal rental events (non-profit)
monthly calendars and newsletters available at the centre or via our email list
voting privileges at Seniors on the Bow of Cochrane and Area Society General Meetings

The Seniors on the Bow (SOTB) Centre runs in partnership with Seniors on the Bow of Cochrane and Area Society and the Town of Cochrane. SPTB relies on the efforts of its dedicated volunteer team.
