About the Committee
The Cochrane Planning Commission (CPC) is a committee appointed by Town Council. The CPC acts as the Approving Authority on development and subdivision matters as permitted by the Land Use Bylaw and may respond to any planning-related requests from Council. Meetings are open to the public but they are not public hearings.
The Cochrane Planning Commission meets the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm.
