Description:
After celebrating Thanksgiving, what better way to show your gratitude then to do something kind for yourself? This wellness workshop will consist of half a day at Route 22 to learn about tools for our own personal needs and attainable goals for our wellbeing. We will learn about the foundations of wellbeing and healthy living, enjoy what Route 22 has to offer with and its community gallery before we dive into contemporary collage (with a whimsical found poetry element) to develop our own gentle goals. Finding written words and images to spot glimmers in our own ordinary days, our envisioned life and in our imagined futures - we will create our own “Glimmer boards”. No artistic experience is necessary, just a desire to maximize joy and seek to answer...... what do you have in your wellness basket?
