Event details
This course is designed for children age 5-11 and will provide your child with vital safety skills while building their belief in themselves.
Presented by RHINO Defense Inc. - Alberta's Premier Self-Defense and Safety. Recognized by the Professional Self-Defense Association (PSDA)
Kids will finish the course equipped with practical skills and confidence which empowers them to identify potential risks while remaining calm and taking decisive action.
They will practice using their voices effectively, learning how to call for assistance loudly and clearly to attract attention and deter potential threats.
They will learn how to deal with emergency situations including taking part in 911 practice drills.
With this structured, age-appropriate session, kids participate in fun yet purposeful exercises where they will also learn physical techniques including awareness and anti-abduction techniques.
Additionally this event we will provide a FREE digital copy of our Child Safety Booklet which provides valuable information for parents that will compliment the material presented on the course.
