Event details
Parenting teens and young adults can feel confusing—especially when anxiety shows up in ways that don’t look like anxiety at all. This session takes a look at how anxiety commonly presents in youth and young adults, from irritability and shutdowns to perfectionism, and avoidance. We’ll explore why it can be hard to recognize, how social pressures, academic expectations, friendships, and online life all play a role, and how parents can respond to build connection rather than conflict.
