Join Cochrane Music Society Saturday, May 9 at 7pm at the Cochrane Alliance Church as we present the premiere performance of Enduring Hope – the wonderful, lyrical winner of our inaugural Cochrane Music Society Composition Contest.
All three ensembles love to perform for our enthusiastic Cochrane audience! Choral Waves choir will open with repertoire from prairie pride to timeless romance and cinematic power. Powerhouse vocalist LeeAnn Decoteau joins Riverside Jazz in a vibrant fusion of modern local artistry and timeless big band standards. As well as the Enduring Hope premiere, Band on the Bow will perform music that ranges from a study in stillness, space, and gradual transformation to a spoof of the Gilbert and Sullivan operettas.
