NMC (HALL OF FAME) VIOLINIST DAN DAVID ANNOUNCES FINAL SURPRISE ALBERTA PERFORMANCE AT THE SHIRE AHEAD OF GLOBAL TOUR
COCHRANE, AB – International violin virtuoso, songwriter, and NMC {Hall of Fame} included artist Dan David has officially announced his final close-up, surprise performance for the region before launching his highly anticipated international theater tour. The exclusive Surprise event will take place next Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 8:00 PM at The Shire in Cochrane.
The announcement comes during a historic wave of momentum for the Cochrane-based artist, whose global cross-platform reach recently surged past 15 million people across streaming networks and over 180 international television broadcasts. Recently recognized by the Chamber of Commerce as "one of Canada’s most dynamic performers" . David has chosen the intimate, community-focused atmosphere of The Shire to bid a temporary farewell to his hometown fans.
This final surprise show marks the conclusion of David's local performance chapter for now, as his management team finalizes tracking for his upcoming independent studio album, The Sounds of Heaven, wraps production timelines for a global documentary film release, and navigates high-level distribution negotiations with major global music labels.
