Town crews responding to water main break

Cochrane, AB – Town utility crews have successfully isolated the water main leak affecting the Bow Meadows, Bow Ridge, Crawford Ranch and Jumping Pound communities.

Residents in the affected area may continue to experience reduced water pressure, particularly in higher-elevation locations, while repair work is underway.

A contractor has been mobilized and is on route to the site to begin preparations for the repair. Town staff will continue to monitor the situation and work to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

Cochrane, AB – The Town of Cochrane is currently responding to a water main break on a primary water supply line serving the Bow Meadows, Bow Ridge, Crawford Ranch and Jumping Pound communities.

As crews work to isolate and repair the break, residents in these areas may experience reduced water pressure. Utility crews are actively on site and working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

The Town will provide updates as more information becomes available and appreciates residents' patience while repairs are underway.
