The Town of Cochrane uses the CityWide Citizen Portal to receive and track service requests related to municipal infrastructure and services.
Submit a service request
Use the CityWide Citizen Portal to report issues such as:
- Potholes and road repairs
- Sidewalk repairs
- Snow clearing
- Street sign repairs
- Water leaks
- Road drainage concerns
- Playground maintenance
- Pathway maintenance
- Graffiti and vandalism
- Trees and weeds
- Irrigation concerns
- Other municipal infrastructure issues
When submitting a request, please provide as much detail as possible, including the location and photos if available.
Urgent after-hours issues
For urgent issues outside regular business hours, please call 403-851-2590.
