Spencer Waugh is a startup and scale‑up leader who has founded and operated multiple rapid‑growth companies. He specializes in taking hardware products from concept to market and has a strong track record of setting up businesses for sustainable, long‑term growth. After taking his first startup from inception in 2015 to acquisition in 2022, Spencer began advising companies on achieving product‑market fit and preparing to successfully scale. As a serial entrepreneur, he has also founded and continues to operate profitable ventures in the hospitality and consumer packaged goods sectors. Spencer holds an MBA from Queen’s University (Smith School of Business) and is a recipient of the CABHI/MaRS Award for Innovation in Aging.
