Christa Hill is the founder and CEO of Tacit Edge, a Canadian AI education company. She works with leaders and entrepreneurs globally on how to think, decide, and lead well in an AI-shaped world, treating AI as a leadership discipline rather than a technical one. She teaches founders that most businesses fail for reasons that were knowable before the money was spent, and gives them the everyday habits that surface those reasons early, while being wrong is still cheap. Her curriculum runs through SAIT and Athabasca University, Fortune 500 upskilling platforms, and an international licensing partnership with Learnit. Before Tacit Edge, she spent her career in product management at Getty Images, Benevity, and Morgan Stanley. She lives in Calgary.
