The Engine Room is a Town of Cochrane Economic Development program designed to support entrepreneurs as they build and grow their businesses.
Join the Town of Cochrane Economic Development team for the Engine Room Showcase and learn how the program works, the supports available to entrepreneurs and how the Engine Room contributes to Economic Development initiatives in Cochrane.
The Showcase is an opportunity to meet the people who deliver and support the program, including the Program Manager, Economic Development staff, business mentors, Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and workshop facilitators. Staff will be available to discuss the program structure, eligibility, intake process, mentorship model, workshops, business development supports and opportunities to become involved.
The event will also highlight businesses that are currently participating in, or have graduated from, the Engine Room. These businesses provide examples of the types of entrepreneurs and ventures supported through the program and the work being undertaken within Cochrane's business community.
At the Showcase, you can:
- Meet the Town of Cochrane Economic Development team responsible for delivering the Engine Room
- Speak directly with the Program Manager about the program, application process and available supports
