Please note: the Town of Cochrane does not provide survey or architectural services, the documents pulled are from the information we have on file. Real Property Reports are submitted to the Town through the Compliance Certification application process and Building Plans are submitted through the Building Permit process. Requested documents are released as information only and are not to be relied upon for any other purpose. Contact the Professional Service that completed the report, plan or drawing for further information.

When submitting a Compliance Certificate Application Form, the Town of Cochrane requires property owners to provide a PDF copy of their Real Property Report, that is less than 365 days old.  RPR’s are retained permanently on the property file it pertains to.
