Meals are prepared by Meals on Wheels Calgary.
Choose from a variety of individual frozen entrées, including:
- dairy-free
- gluten-free
- renal (low sodium)
- vegetarian
Cost
- Meals: $6.50 each
- Soup: $5

You can order weekly or place an order occasionally.
Order deadline: Tuesday at 12 p.m. (the week before delivery or pickup)
