(Cochrane, AB) – Following a notice of motion from Councillor Marni Fedeyko on July 14, 2025, Council directed Administration to release all legal costs relating to investigations and sanctions involving Councillor Fedeyko (RES #154/07/25). Council further resolved that, in conjunction with the release of legal costs, a summary identifying the context and timeline, subject to legal advice, also be released (RES #155/07/25).
Administration has prepared a detailed report that includes:
- A summary of legal costs related to the matter; and
- A context and timeline overview prepared in consultation with legal counsel.
