Celebrate Canada Day in Cochrane
Kick off Canada Day at the Cochrane Legion with a pancake breakfast and a morning of community connection before continuing the celebration at Mitford Park for a full day of music, activities and fireworks.
Start your morning with breakfast, connect with neighbours and join us for the Canada Day flag-raising ceremony at 11:30 a.m. Mayor Morgan Nagel and members of Cochrane Council will be on site flipping pancakes and joining in the festivities.

Join local cadets and the Ladies Auxiliary for the ceremonial raising of the Canadian flag, along with a performance of O Canada and remarks from Mayor Morgan Nagel.

Head to Mitford Park for Cochrane’s main Canada Day celebration—an afternoon and evening filled with entertainment, activities and community spirit.
