The event will feature a keynote presentation by renowned conservationist and storyteller Brian Keating, along with educational booths and interactive showcases from local environmental and conservation organizations, including CEAC and Glenbow Ranch Park Foundation.

    Through engaging storytelling, humour and stunning visuals, Brian Keating will explore the realities and rewards of living alongside wildlife in Cochrane and the importance of protecting the natural spaces that connect people, wildlife and communities across the Bow Valley.

    About Brian Keating

    Brian Keating is a Canadian conservationist, educator and speaker. Formerly with the Calgary Zoo, his work has supported environmental and wildlife initiatives around the world. He is also a former Adjunct Assistant Professor of Anthropology at the University of Calgary and the Zoo’s Honorary Conservation Advisor.
