Mental Health Out Loud is an annual art contest put on by MHCB, Stepping Stones to Mental Health during Mental Health Awareness Week to help support positive conversations and reducing the stigma around mental health.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week, explore the creative voices of your local Grade 5–12 students from Cochrane and Area Rocky View Schools as they express their thoughts and experiences around mental health through art.

This student art exhibition will be in the gallery starting May 1 - 10.

Mental Health Out Loud is an annual art showcase created through the Rocky View Schools Mental Health Capacity Building Program, aimed at encouraging open conversations and reducing stigma around mental health. Water accumulating on the street? 

You may be located near a trap low. Trap lows are a part of the stormwater storage system, allowing water to pool on roads, lanes and in greenspaces.

It may appear that the street is flooding up to and, sometimes, including some of your driveway or lawn. It is not.

If the water does not drain within 24 hours after rainfall, please contact Cochrane Operations at 403-851-2590.
