Backpack Program

This program aims to alleviate the inherent stress and financial strain that often accompanies the beginning of a new academic year. The program provides students from grades K-12 with essential back-to-school supplies.

Cochrane Connect Card

Helps you save money for the things that matter most. This initiative contributes to the overall wellbeing of Cochrane and area residents, providing low-income households access to services and programs at a reduced rate.

Grad Glow Up

An annual event that provides aspiring graduates in Cochrane and area with access to formal attire donated by the community so that they can attend their High School graduation ceremonies.

Seniors Property Tax Rebate

The Seniors Property Tax Rebate will provide a $500 rebate on municipal property taxes for eligible seniors.

Sports and Activity Subsidies

Partnering with local non-profits and community organizations, these subsidies make it more feasible for you and your family to access activities, equipment and sports programming.

Volunteer Income Tax Program

This program assists eligible low-income residents with a simple tax situation file their annual income taxes.
