To report a problem on noise, parking, lost or found pets, sidewalk snow or ice removal,  traffic complaints or unsightly premise, please complete Municipal Enforcement Request. 

For water related emergencies, please call the Operations After-hours Requests line at 403-851-2590.
Cochrane's snow and ice control program help keep Cochrane roads safe and passable, prioritizing emergency routes first.

Water accumulating on the street? 

You may be located near a trap low. Trap lows are a part of the stormwater storage system, allowing water to pool on roads, lanes and in greenspaces.

It may appear that the street is flooding up to and, sometimes, including some of your driveway or lawn. It is not.

If the water does not drain within 24 hours after rainfall, please contact Cochrane Operations at 403-851-2590.
