These individual frozen entrees are well-balanced, nutritious, convenient and affordable.
Place orders on a weekly basis or occasionally to keep your freezer stocked.
Meals are prepared by Meals on Wheels Calgary. There are dairy free, gluten free, renal (low sodium) and vegetarian options.
Delivery is within Cochrane only. Meals must be paid in advance for this option. Meals will be delivered on Tuesday between 12-1pm and deadline to order is 12pm on the Tuesday the week before.
