Digital Sign Request

 

Thank you for your interest in promoting your event on the Town of Cochrane digital signs.

Local  community organizations may request digital sign space to promote programs and events taking place in Cochrane.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Be open to the public
  • Take place within the Town of Cochrane
  • Support community-focused initiatives

The following are not accepted:

  • Garage or yard sales
  • Home-based sales events
  • Primarily commercial or for-profit events

Digital Sign Guidelines

  • Submit requests at least two weeks in advance
  • Requests are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis
  • Requests are limited to one week at a time (non-consecutive weeks only)
  • Messages rotate with other community notices
  • Urgent Town messaging may take priority when required
