Use the form below to submit your application to donate and dedicate a piece of furniture. Applications are accepted from January 1 to May 31 annually. Donated furniture will be placed on municipally owned land at a mutually agreed upon location.
Cochrane reserves the right to limit the number of pieces of furniture installed each year.
