October 24, 2026	2027 budget fall open house: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Residents can explore the draft budget, see how community feedback helped shape the recommendations and speak directly with Town staff. The event will also feature outdoor fall activities for families.
November 6, 2026	Deadline to provide feedback
November 10, 12 and 18, 2026	Council budget deliberations
December 7, 2026	Final 2027 budget scheduled for adoption

What happens next?

Council will consider community feedback and review the proposed budget during November deliberations before making final decisions.

Following Council approval, the Town will publish the final 2027 budget and an updated Citizens’ Budget outlining the approved figures and what they mean for the average Cochrane household.
