| July 2026 | Fourth Avenue North | The sidewalk along the Fourth Avenue retaining wall North is temporarily closed to allow warranty repairs to the concrete surface on the wall. During construction, pedestrians will be directed along a detour route through the surrounding neighborhood and Kerfoot Park. Please follow all posted signage. | July 6 2026 | Charlesworth Avenue and Railway Street | As part of the Town of Cochrane's Pedestrian Connectivity Enhancements Project, approved through the 2025 Capital Budget, sidewalk improvements will be completed to improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and connectivity. Construction will occur in phases along sections of Charlesworth Avenue and Railway Street, and will include:
