| July 2026 | Fourth Avenue North | The sidewalk along the Fourth Avenue retaining wall North is temporarily closed to allow warranty repairs to the concrete surface on the wall. During construction, pedestrians will be directed along a detour route through the surrounding neighborhood and Kerfoot Park. Please follow all posted signage. | July 6 2026 | Charlesworth Avenue and Railway Street | As part of the Town of Cochrane's Pedestrian Connectivity Enhancements Project, approved through the 2025 Capital Budget, sidewalk improvements will be completed to improve pedestrian safety, accessibility, and connectivity.
