To receive your utility bill, you need to have a Cochrane utility account.

Already have an account?  

  • Utility bills are due on the 30th of every month, except for February, when they are due on the 28th.  
  • You can pay through your bank or directly to Cochrane. 

Pay through your bank 

  • Pay in person at most banks or financial institutions. 
  • Use online or telephone banking: 
  1. Follow your bank’s instructions for setting up a new payee. 
  2. Use the account number listed on your Town of Cochrane invoice (labelled “Use for personal online banking”). 

Pay through Cochrane 

  1. Pay online with a Visa or MasterCard through eServices
  2. Sign up for pre-authorized payments for automatic withdrawals. 
  3. Pay in person during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.):
