To receive your utility bill, you need to have a Cochrane utility account.

Already have an account?
- Utility bills are due on the 30th of every month, except for February, when they are due on the 28th.
- You can pay through your bank or directly to Cochrane.
Pay through your bank
- Pay in person at most banks or financial institutions.
- Use online or telephone banking:
- Follow your bank’s instructions for setting up a new payee.
- Use the account number listed on your Town of Cochrane invoice (labelled “Use for personal online banking”).
Pay through Cochrane
- Pay online with a Visa or MasterCard through eServices.
- Sign up for pre-authorized payments for automatic withdrawals.
- Pay in person during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.):
