The Cochrane Community Health Centre is the primary health care facility in Cochrane. Located at 60 Grand Blvd., there are more than 20 services offered in one building. Services include an Urgent Care Centre, open 8am to 10pm, seven days a week. Urgent Care provides same day treatment for unexpected, non-life-threatening health concerns.

Mental Health Awareness Week
During Mental Health Awareness Week, Cochrane hosts a number of events, classes and workshops that focus on discussing mental health and promoting mental health care. Each year, one in five Canadians experience a mental illness or mental health issue, but all of us have mental health.
In 2024, Mental Health Awareness Week in Cochrane ran from May 6 to 12.
